With a tempered steel grinder, this piece is only suitable for dry and hard pepper granules less than 5 mm in diameter. Pink granules may be used only in a mixture up to 15 percent. Colors may vary slightly between items. The finish is not an opaque Pantone-based coating, but a special staining process that preserves the visible grain of the selected beech wood. As wood is a natural material, its tone can differ, resulting in slight variations in the final color.
